Few years back..Europe!

Hampton Ct. Another palace. You can tell they're rich.

Jewels! He better be pampering his wife just as much!

Another day in the city

They get fancy statues while we chunky busts of humans

 On Guard!

 Parlez Vous Francais?

Reminiscent trademark of glory

 Gateway to a luxurious haven

 the Arch

Exotic foods only the best can enjoy.

Why can't we all live like this? Humble and simple. In Switzerland.

1000 fountains of clean water. Just because they can.

Neighborhood Serenity, maybe?

Where statues and centerpieces/decorations are natural and green.

We made it.

Fountain of Youth does exist!

"Tale as old as time, True as it can be..."

Candy Mountain

Bridges, Blue water blue sky, what more could I ask?

Alleyways are quiet and welcoming. In Germany.

Cuckoo Clocks and handmade masterpieces, devoted craftsmanship

Dish of tradition.

Sturdy. Simple. Beautiful. Practical. In Netherlands.

A fairytale dream come true. In Belgium.

This is the city of love, not Paris.

Timeless pieces of true lace, untainted by exploited machinery.

Delightful chocolates Just for you.

Shame has power

 Shame has power
What shame do you have holding you back?
A past?
Behind those curtains and
Beneath all your extravagant riches,
lies a secret.
Again, I ask,
Think.
What's holding you back?

Story telling

These are pages from Brave new world, but I'm not here to talk about that.
Ha HA! So I'm starting to write a book. Again! But this time, I'm not pressuring myself with expectations or getting ahead of myself. I've tried a few times, mostly because I had some realllly vivid dreams I wanted to share and had ideas about, but just didn't know enough about stuff and didn't know how to make a story from just two or three scenes or snapshots I got in a 5 minute dream. Anyone ever have that problem? Well, this time, I'm not even going to try and see how it works out. Every other time I was always trying, but it ended up with me writing 5 pages and quiting and starting another story then quiting and I have so many scenes and ideas and things to share but don't know how to put it into words, and I DEFINITELY don't know how to film it - much less direct it and get people to help out with it since I don't even know what it'll be.

Climbing

Battling Dyslexia,
Conquering his Deepest fears,
Fighting for his Dream life as King of the sea.
Ignoring Distractions and temptations,
He fought for all he was.
Alas, it wasn't enough.
Rejected again and again,
He settled for the Army.
There he stayed until money was enough to get back.
But he couldn't.
Everything he ever did was not enough.
It was hard to go back, you know, after all these years.
50 years passed.
This was what the American dream meant.
No white house.
No neat little fence others politely strayed away from.
No perfect wife or family.
No laughing chldren bouncing off the walls.
No.
Just a life of fighting
For what was and never will be.
A life enslaved to the American leader they call President.

This isn't Honor.
It's torture of the soul.

Uunder a shower of color.

Homemade whiteboard

Samsung sgh-f210

Thank goddddd they don't make these anymore.
You need to manually change volume, it sometimes swivels open in your purse or backpack without you touching it, it has an earphone plug specifically for their kind of earphones, and they're hard to type with. It's not HARD to learn it's settings and functions, but it's just not the typical kind of settings others use so it's different and takes some getting used to. I need a new phone and anyone who wants to can help me :) You can't change the ring volume without manually going into the menu to change it.

Now for your daily fill of FUN creativity!!!

This is a white board :) not technically but it's sooo much cheaper and works just the same.

A paper protector and a piece of paper

Much cheaper and much more fun to use and more light-weight than a store bought board :)

Unless you already have a whiteboard or you trust others over yourself, then you can ignore this post :)

Extreme Cycling

Forget what you know about bikes and unicycles

There's a new cycle in town
Not a plain old unicle no..
It has TWO wheels!
And forget that classic bike height at your hips or waist,
We go above and BeYOND!
Get ready for the all new sport --
X-cycling!

I don't know where this guy came from, what he's doing or where he got that bike, but it is FREAKING AMAZING! Props to this guy for doing this! How much you wanna bet he's just riding home from school and not training or doing something fancy like that?

This is an old photo I took while waiting at a red light. Yea, cops, I have a handheld device, but NOTHING is happening and no one even notices or cares that I have a camera here, so beat it.

Dead to Me

What makes you think you can replay all my mistakes over and over again?
remind me endlessly of all my mistakes until they are all that I am?
Until I don't even remember all that I have done well
What makes you so much better than me that
gives you the right to disparage me?
Better yet, tell me,
why?
Why do you do it?
why don't you show your true self to the public?
Is it because deep down you know it's wrong?
Because you know you have more to hide if our places were reversed?
Would you be smiling and gay as a gal
if you were reminded of your mistakes?
Forced to remember them to be all that you were?
Take it day after day until your entire being is
ultimately
a mistake.

You can't deny it, you can't remember
the good times you had
And the good old days are tainted
by your new shameful perspective on
your pathetic life.

Think
think about it...
Bullying --
bullying is just someone saying you're stupid and leaving you alone.
Abuse ---
abuse is this.
Endless attack on the mind and soul
ravaged until nothing is left but shame and regret
but all for what?

Think you're better than me?
Prove it. Don't dwell on it.
You'll only become a sore winner, sore loser,
and an _______

Stories, Oh Stories

If poems can be ceative, so can books. And if books fit into this aura of creativity, so can related events, especially if it involves mindblowing novels.

So I recently finished Across the Universe by the awsome Beth Revis and I wanted to tell you about something she's doing. Beth has inspired me to go above and beyond, and rather than just sitting back and reading, I'm joining her and a few other authors in an upcoming event: they've having a contest to see which hometown they should hit next, and I've listed the info below for anyone interested in participating. Totally spectacular!! And even if you don't want to enter, or don't win, or are just too excited to know what to do, well, no worries :) The books will still be there for you to enjoy in alll its glory!

Have you ever wished that a big YA book tour would make a stop in your hometown? Well, here's your chance for that wish to come true! YA2U is a program that features five award-winning and best-selling authors who are holding a contest to see what city they should visit in an exclusive tour stop!

The authors are collecting votes from January 1 to February 15, and any city in the continental US or any Canadian city that has an international airport can win an exclusive visit from all five authors, including an author panel and book signing! Entering is super easy--and if you help spread the word about the contest, you can also enter win a signed copy of all of their books (TEN signed books in total!)--and the book contest is open internationally!

The authors in the program are:

And they want to have an event in your home town! To participate, just go to the YA2U website and let them know what city you want them to come to. And while you're there, help spread the word about the contest and you can be entered to win all of their books--TEN signed books in total!

Why should the YA2U Team come to your hometown? Why not join in the fun today and share with others about this program and your hometown. The more votes your town gets, the closer you are to having your very own personal tour stop! Vote for YOUR town here!

And if you help spread the word, you can also participate in the book giveaway. Tell them that you learned about YA2U from me and we both get extra entries in the contest!

Lost

Stranded
A deserted island
with nothing but strangers
All around
Voices,
Creatures,
the Magic of nature.
Tempted by curiosity and hunger,
Limited by sense and logic.
Lost at sea,
but not lost at heart
So much out there
If only we didn't question it.
If Darwinism didn't spoil
every natural substance in the world,
We would know peace and love as
it Was.

Me and my limited computer/programing/photo editing/tech skills. Anyhow, I'm totally in LOVEE with this show, along with H2O:Just add water. Why are all the good shows done and in the past? Why are the only good shows now being cancelled? Terra Nova? Chloe King? The River? Well, as long as they don't cancel Once upon a time and Grimm. The only shows they ever have are things like "revenge" or "Late nite with Jimmy.." or "Up all night" or some lame adult comedy that's also trying to be pg-13 but failing miserably at everything. Everyone needs a little magic and mystery in their lives :) Enjoy! Happy holidays!
